A master baker and culinary artist specializing in the area of cake decorating and chocolate design.  Una has baked for local dignitaries and designed for local talents.  Her designs have won praises and accolades from Maryland to New Jersey. 

Una was educated at Baltimore City Public Schools. She furthered her education and studied with Judy Canigliaro   –master baker and teacher and Edmondson-Westside-Skill-Center.  She also studied baking techniques with Rich’s in Canada.  Rich's -Culinary and Bakery Training Programs are designed to cover the diverse needs of foodservice professionals and retailers across the country -from commercial and non-commercial operators and chain account personnel to distributor and field sales representatives.  In addition she is a teacher for Wilton Method of Cake Decorating, where she instructs in basic and advanced techniques.
